Our Story
Founded in 2012 by Cedric Keown, CEO of Intrepid Solutions, and Graham Harvey, CEO of the Cardinal Group, CustomApp was born from the belief that many businesses needed to evolve into multi-sided platforms within a more integrated ecosystem within their respective industries.
We knew that this transformation required a digital layer – an overlay built around often siloed legacy systems, standalone applications, departments and touchpoints – that would create a unified, holistic view and seamless processes across the entire organisation. Additionally, these processes also needed to integrate effectively with external industry players and partners.
